06 Jul 2018

Start Time:
9.30
End Time:
15.30
Host:
AUA
Location:
City University, Northampton Square, London
Description:

The Association of University Administrators (AUA)'s ninth Annual Open Forum: Managing Change in Higher Education will be an opportunity for delegates to share good and bad practice, network and consider how to work more collaboratively. The programme has been designed to improve professional practice in the sector and provide an opportunity for colleagues to learn from practice.

Ideal for professionals managing projects and change as part of their role, and managers/leaders who are managing teams and departments currently going through change - this year's forum will focus on identifying the issues that need to be addressed in the higher education sector and the key tenets for success. SUMS Lead Consultant Simon Donoghue will be delivering a session on the development and growth of change teams across the sector and will examine how the role and remit of these teams have adapted to reflect changing institutional context, change maturity and level of overall change capability.

For a full agenda of the day, and details on how to secure your place please follow the link below to be taken to the AUA Events page.
